Report a security concern
If you think you have found a security problem with Zeus, or you received a message that claims to be from Zeus and looks suspicious, emailsupport@zeus-fintech.co.za with “Security concern” in the subject line.
Tell us what you saw and when. Please do not include passwords, one-time PINs or full card numbers in your message — we will never ask for them.
Lodge a complaint
If something went wrong, emailsupport@zeus-fintech.co.za with “Complaint” in the subject line. Describe what happened, when it happened and how you would like it put right.
We will reply by email, and we keep a record of every complaint. Thecomplaints policy explains the steps.
Common questions
Can I use Zeus today?
Not yet. Zeus is in a pre-launch preview and is not open to the public. Join the early access list on the home page and we will email you when it opens.
Is Zeus a bank?
No. Zeus is a platform that brings financial and everyday services together in one place. Regulated services are provided by established providers that are registered or licensed to offer them.
What will be available first?
Stokvel Services launches first. The Groceries & Fuel Wallet and Motor Valet come later. Quick Little Loans and Personal Item Insurance are planned and are not available yet.
How are payments handled?
Card payments are processed by Yoco. Zeus only treats a payment as received once the payment provider has confirmed it. During the pre-launch preview no real money is processed.
Will Zeus decide whether I get a loan or whether a claim is paid?
No. When those services open, credit decisions will be made by the registered credit provider and insurance decisions by the licensed insurer. Zeus shows you the status and helps you talk to them.
What will it cost?
Pricing has not been published yet. When a service opens, you will see what it costs before you agree to anything.
How do I get off the early access list?
Email support@zeus-fintech.co.za from the address you signed up with and ask to be removed.
