ZEUSFINTECH

Stokvel Services

Launching first

Save together.

Run your stokvel the way you always have — with the admin taken care of. Zeus keeps track of who has contributed, who is next to receive, and what has been paid out.

Stokvel Services is the first thing Zeus will open. It is not open to the public yet — join the early access list and we will email you when it is.

How a stokvel works on Zeus

  1. Create a stokvel, or accept an invitation to join one.

  2. Agree the contribution amount, how often members contribute and how many members there are.

  3. Set the payout order, so everyone knows whose turn is coming.

  4. Members contribute for each cycle. Card payments are processed by Yoco.

  5. Zeus shows who has contributed, who is behind and who receives next.

  6. On the agreed date the payout to that cycle’s member is prepared, checked and tracked until it is paid.

What your group can see

  • Members and the rotation schedule
  • Contribution amount and cycle
  • Amount collected and amount outstanding
  • Next payout date and who receives it
  • Contribution and payout history
  • Reminders and notifications

How the money is handled

Zeus is the record-keeper and organiser for your group. It does not change how a stokvel works, and it is not a bank account or a savings account.

A contribution only shows as received once the payment provider has confirmed it — never because a screen said “success”.

Payouts go only to a bank account that has been verified for that member. If banking details change, the payout waits until the new account is verified.

Every status is shown plainly: pending, processing, paid, failed or on hold.
