This is a pre-launch version. Zeus is not yet open to the public, and this document will be reviewed and updated before any service opens.
Zeus brings services from established providers together in one place. This page explains who is responsible for what. Zeus Fintech is a subsidiary of Kvra and runs on Kvra's infrastructure.
What Zeus does
Zeus provides the app, the customer journey, status tracking, notifications and support. Zeus is not a bank, a lender or an insurer, and does not hold money on deposit.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Yoco. Zeus treats a payment as received only once Yoco has confirmed it.
Credit
Quick Little Loans is planned and is not available yet. When it opens, credit will be provided by a registered credit provider. That provider carries out the affordability and credit checks and makes the credit decision; Zeus does not. The provider’s name and details will be shown before you apply.
Insurance
Personal Item Insurance is planned and is not available yet. When it opens, policies will be underwritten by a licensed insurer. The insurer decides on cover and on claims; Zeus does not. The insurer’s name and details will be shown before you buy.
Vouchers
Digital vouchers, when available, are issued and honoured by the voucher provider and the merchant concerned. Zeus arranges the purchase and delivers the voucher to you.
Identity and bank account checks
Identity checks and bank account checks are carried out with specialist verification providers. You will be asked for consent before any check that uses a photo of your face.
Motor Valet
Vehicle care is carried out by independent service providers. Zeus manages the booking, the quotation, your approval, the payment and the job status.
