How it is meant to work
Choose what you need: groceries, fuel, pharmacy or another supported category.
See the participating stores and the voucher values on offer.
Pay for the voucher. Card payments are processed by Yoco.
Zeus requests the voucher from the voucher provider.
The voucher is sent to you by WhatsApp, SMS or email, and shown in the app.
Use it at the store, following the store’s instructions.
What you will be able to see
- Your vouchers and their delivery status
- Expiry dates and store terms
- How to redeem each voucher
- A resend option if a message did not arrive
- Used or partly used status, where the provider supports it
- Your voucher history
What the wallet is — and is not
The wallet is a view of the vouchers you have bought. It does not hold money, it is not a bank account and it does not earn interest.
Vouchers are issued and honoured by the voucher provider and the store. Zeus arranges the purchase and delivers the voucher to you.
Each voucher comes with the store’s own terms, including where it can be used and when it expires.
